I just recently enrolled into a  new home base business/work at home/work online (Which ever you may want to call it) business call One24. Infact, it's more like a retirement program. The program was founded by Mark Seyforth who, in the past, has help build Herbalife and it's compensation plan. This guy was definitely a pioneer in the work at home system. I was skeptical about it at first because I wasn't sure if the system was going to work. After a couple of days of research and doing my own calculations, I decided to take a dive into it. The program is very unique and it's something that I have never seen before. Some people may refer to it as a MLM (Multi-level marketing) business but it's nothing like MLM. One24 is base on a new structure call IRP (Incentivize Referral Program). It's base on people helping people achieve their financial goals. Instead of a pyramid like downline, IRP has a linear line. There's no to the left and no to the right. It's just simply one straight line. In my personal opinion, MLM is more like every member for themselves, where you have to "recruit" others to do the same. If you don't recruit, you're not going to make any money. In IRP, it's more about working as a team. If someone is struggling to "refer" others, anyone can refer anybody for that person and thus the commission is split 50%. Therefore, you can let someone do the referring for you and you just take 50% of the commission. With this One24 program, the road up ahead is looking very bright for me because this is my first month and I have already gotten 10 people on my waiting list who are eager to join my team. In addition to that, I have 2 members below me already and 3 others who are going to enroll. That would be a total of 15 members by next month. According to the One24 diagram example, you only need to have 3 people to reach $100,000 a month income in 24 months. Just by following my mentors simple steps, I'm already ahead of the game.
